GLOBAL MARITIME SOLUTIONS PROVIDER TRANSAS IS FIRST OCCUPIER AT BUILDING 2000 LAKESIDE NORTH HARBOUR

Lakeside North Harbour Portsmouth is delighted to announce that Transas will be the first occupier for the newly refurbished Building 2000 on the campus taking a 10yr lease on 20,000 sq ft. Following the huge success of Building 1000 and a continued demand for high quality flexible offices, a further 120,000 sq ft of space across Building 2000 and Building 3000 was recently refurbished and available now from £19.00 per sq ft.

The office in Lakeside North Harbour will become a new Transas Headquarters and a home for the Transas Academy which the company will use for the solutions’ testing and running the training courses for its customers.
